VertiSense VertiSense 扫描热学显微镜

VertiSense^TM 扫描热学显微镜通过使用特殊带热电偶的针尖，扫描样品时，热电偶的温度，通过热信号成像放大器，通过AFM处理，同时得到热成像图和形貌图。可以得到定量温度分布成像图，和定性热导率分布图。针尖的设计，可以达到小于50nm的热空间分辨率

2) 超高扫描热性质的空间分辨率成像；

3）高灵敏的温度和热导率响应；

4）支持多种扫描模式（轻敲，接触，峰值力等模式）
