培养皿要如何选呢？
培养皿是细胞培养过程中*的实验室耗材之一。考虑在细胞培养的严格无菌和洁净，培养皿一般都是一次性的。

玻璃培养皿芮然较容易清晰消毒，可重复使用，但是玻璃培养皿相对粗糙，皿底不平整，且未经硅化处理，不宜用于微滴培养。现在主要以塑料培养皿为主，塑料培养皿的生产厂家很多，总的来说，有国内生产和进口产品，国内生产的价格低廉，比进口产品低，单质量标准相对模糊，不够严格，表现为从外观、包装、消毒水平、清洁状态和培养效果都存在不足，底面不平整光洁，有毛边划痕，制作粗糙，包装袋有漏口。进口的塑料培养皿有丹麦、美国、加拿大、芬兰和以色列等国生产的，在上被广泛使用，这些产品的质量符合标准，但是价格较高。
我们在实际操作中，可根据不同的使用目的，选择性的使用国产和进口的塑料培养皿，既节省开支，又不影响实验结果。
