光束采样器
衍射光束采样器用于控制高功率激光器。
衍射光束采样器允许高功率光束(0阶)沿着光轴传播,在两边产生低能量的光束。该两束采样光分别在主要光的左边及右边(-1和1阶),在他们之间有一定的分离角,采样功率比可由客户自定义。
