.熔体流动速率测定仪主要用途及功能:

熔融指数仪符合GB/T3682-2000的标准要求,熔融指数仪主要参数同时也满足ISO1133、ASTM1238标准要求可用于对可用于聚乙烯、聚炳烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS、聚酰胺、纤维树脂、丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、氟塑料、聚碳酸脂等多种塑料材料的熔体质量流动速率(MFR)或熔体体积流动速率(MVR)来进行测定;采用进口双显智能化控温仪表,控温精度稳定。

 

熔融指数仪由微处理器按标准试验流程进行程序化设定,升温速度快、恒温精度高;在填料之后,能迅速恢复恒温状态。中文显示,自动计时,自动切料,自动打印等多种功能。

.熔体流动速率测定仪主要特点

1、加热体元件已经淘汰同类产品采用的普通电加热丝的方式,而采用稀有合金材料镍铬金属压铸而成,具有长时间高温状态烧不坏的使用特点.

2、即可以做质量法试验又可以做体积法试验。根据用户要求,另配体积法(B法)位移检测装置一套.

3、配有无线遥控开关电源装置可以远程操作实验主机的启停。

4、该仪器由微机控制。

5、自动计时,自动切料,自动计算熔融指数,自动打印试验数据等多种功能.(可根据用户特殊要求配英文操作方法)。

Four. The melt flow rate meter mainly uses and functions:

Melt index apparatus complies with the requirements of GB/T3682-2000 standard, the main parameters of melt index apparatus but also meet the requirements of ISO1133, ASTM1238 standards can be used for melt flow rate of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, polyamide fiber, acrylic, resin, POM, fluorine plastic, polycarbonate and other plastic materials (MFR) or melt volume flow rate (MVR) are measured; imported double display inligent temperature control instrument, the temperature control accuracy and stability.

Melt index apparatus by the microprocessor according to standard test process procedures setting, fast heating speed, high precision of constant temperature; in the packing, can quickly restore the constant temperature state. Chinese display, automatic timing, automatic cutting, automatic printing etc..
