四．熔体流动速率测定仪主要用途及功能：

熔融指数仪符合GB/T3682-2000的标准要求，熔融指数仪主要参数同时也满足ISO1133、ASTM1238标准要求可用于对可用于聚乙烯、聚炳烯、聚苯乙烯、ＡＢＳ、聚酰胺、纤维树脂、丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛、氟塑料、聚碳酸脂等多种塑料材料的熔体质量流动速率（MFR）或熔体体积流动速率（MVR）来进行测定；采用进口双显智能化控温仪表，控温精度稳定。

熔融指数仪由微处理器按标准试验流程进行程序化设定，升温速度快、恒温精度高；在填料之后，能迅速恢复恒温状态。中文显示，自动计时，自动切料，自动打印等多种功能。

五．熔体流动速率测定仪主要特点

1、加热体元件已经淘汰同类产品采用的普通电加热丝的方式，而采用稀有合金材料镍铬金属压铸而成，具有长时间高温状态烧不坏的使用特点．

2、即可以做质量法试验又可以做体积法试验。根据用户要求，另配体积法（Ｂ法）位移检测装置一套．

3、配有无线遥控开关电源装置可以远程操作实验主机的启停。

4、该仪器由微机控制。

5、自动计时，自动切料，自动计算熔融指数,自动打印试验数据等多种功能.（可根据用户特殊要求配英文操作方法）。
