日立氨基酸分析仪在国内使用较为普遍，现国内使用的型号主要有835型，L-8500型，L-8500A型，L-8800型，L-8900型等，日立本身并不生产试剂，其仪器的配套都是由日本的两家大型化学试剂生产商为其配套生产。常用配套试剂包括4部分：

1. 缓冲液

2. 再生液

3. 显色液

4.标准溶液

日立前期推出的氨基酸分析仪包括835型，L-8500型，L-8500A型，L-8800型等配套试剂都有分PH和PF系列，两者适用于不同的样本：

1、PH系列：蛋白质水解产物分析

2、PF系列：生物液体分析

L-8900型可以使用L-8500型的配套试剂，但是如果希望具有高吞吐能力，则需要使用L-8900型的配套试剂L-8900型PFS系列。

PFS系列：生物液体分析，相比PF具有高吞吐能力

 所以日立的氨基酸分休仪配套试剂就分为835型PH系列、835型PF系列、L-8500型PH系列、L-8500型PF系列、L-8900型PFS系列。
