一.硫化橡胶塑料击穿电压试验仪适用范围

电压击穿试验仪满足GB1408-2006 绝缘材料电气强度试验方法，GB/T1695-2005硫化橡胶工频电压击穿强度和耐电压强度试验 GB/T3333 电览纸工频电压击穿试验方法 HG/T 3330绝缘漆漆膜击穿强度测定法 GB12656 电容器纸工频电压击穿试验方法及ASTM D149 标准要求.主要适用于固体绝缘材料如：塑料、薄膜、树脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘漆等介质在工频电压或直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压时间的测试。

二.硫化橡胶塑料击穿电压试验仪主要技术参数：

1）输入电压：交流 220V ；输出电压： 交流 0--50KV ，直流 0—50kv ；电器容量：5KVA；能进行直流和交流试验；

2）有透明防护罩，升压速度10-5000V/s可调，可以实现均匀升压、梯度升压、耐压升压、连续升压、逐级升压、手动升压等功能，要求输入交流220V，分别输出交流、直流0-50kV，分级为0-5kV、0-10kV、0-20kV、0-50kV

3）准确度1%，有自动保护，带电脑和打印机，可记录和打印试验值和图表。

4）主要用于绝缘纸及纸板、层压板、绝缘管、线棒、塑料、薄膜、柔软复合材料、浸渍树脂、橡胶、绝缘胶、陶瓷等绝缘材料的击穿电压、电气强度、耐电压实验，配2套相应电极。

三.硫化橡胶塑料击穿电压试验仪安全保护

试验在试验箱中进行，试验箱门打开时电源加不到高压变压器输入端，即高压侧无电压。100KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的zui近距离大于370mm，50KV测试设备高压电极距离试验箱壁的zui近距离大于250mm，试验时即使人接触箱壁也不会有危险。

设备要安装单独的保护地线。接保护地线，主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。

该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施，主要有：过流保护、失压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电报警等。

直流试验放电报警功能:在设备做完直流试验时,当开启试验门时设备会自动报警,直至使用设备上的放电装置放电后报警会自动取消.（注：因为直流试验后不放电会危险到人身安全,不能直接拿取电极,起到提醒使用人员放电以免造成人身伤害）。

试验放电装置，随主机为一体化，改进了以往单独配备一根放电杆的功能。

三、培训：安装调试同时，在仪器操作现场一次性免费培训操作人员2-3名，该操作人员应是由需方选派的长期稳定的员工，培训后能够对设备基本原理、软件使用、操作、维护事项理解和应用，使人员能够独立操作设备对样品进行检测、分析，同时能进行基本的维护。

五、保修：
1、设备保修两年，终身售后服务，一年内非人为损坏的零部件免费更换，保修期内接到用户邀请后，zui迟响应时间为2小时内，在与用户确认故障后，我公司会在48小时内派工程师到达现场进行免费服务，尽快查清故障所在位置和故障原因，并向用户及时报告故障的原因和排除办法。

Three. Safety protection of insulation performance tester for insulating materials
