准确测量透明牛顿流体和气体粘度
● 用途:可准确测量透明牛顿流体和气体的粘度,可作为参照仪器使用。在循环器准确温度控制系统下,其测量精度在所有粘度计中
● 测量原理:在一个倾斜的柱状测量管中对球在试样液体内的滚动进行计时。试样的粘度与小球穿过某一限定距离的时间相关。将测量管翻转可再进行一次测量
● 测试结果:以国标标准中规定的动力粘度的单位mPas 给出

The Viscoball viscometer is mainly used for low viscosity substances

Measuring principle
The rolling and sliding movements of a ball through the sample liquid are timed in an
inclined cylindrical measuring tube. The sample viscosity is correlated to the time the
ball requires to traverse a definite distance. By turning the measuring tube upside down
again the return of the ball may also be used for an additional measurement applying
the return constant. The test results are given as dynamic viscosity in the internationally
standardized, absolute units of mPa·s.
