Cyranose 320电子鼻是目前技术较为*、适用范围也比较广的嗅觉传感系统之一,该系统主要由传感器阵列和数据分析算法两部分组成,其基本技术是将若干个*的薄膜式碳-黑聚合物复合材料化学电阻器配置成一个传感器阵列,然后采用标准的数据分析技术,通过分析由此传感器阵列所收集到的输出值的办法来识别未知分析物。Cyranose 320电子鼻的适用范围包括食品与饮料的生产与保鲜、环境保护、化学品分析与鉴定、口腔卫生、疾病诊断、微生物鉴定与医药分析以及工业生产过程控制与消费品的监控与管理等。

Cyranose 320采用NoseChip®纳米复合传感器阵列和*的模式识别算法,通过其气味印迹检测和识别感兴趣的化学蒸气。综合起来,这些技术能够根据气味印迹可视化的化学特征快速检测和识别物质。
