　　宁波诺丁汉大学拟寻找一个供应商来供应250KN，适用于复合材料的动态疲劳测试系统。
　　
　　The University of Nottingham Ningbo China is looking to appoint a supplier to provide 250KN, Dynamic Fatigue Test System for composites.
　　
　　三、 投标人资格要求 Bidder qualification requirements
　　
　　3.1投标人必须自2014年1月1日以来承接过本项目设备的成功案例。
　　
　　Bidder shall have successful supply experience for equipment under this project since January 1 st , 2014.
　　
　　3.2投标人 须具备有英文交流沟通能力的客户管理团队负责本次的合约、商业及战略要求。
　　
　　Bidder shall have its English speaking account management team responsible for the contractual, commercial and strategic elements of the account.
　　
　　四、 招标文件的获取与投标文件的递交
　　
　　4.1.1、标书售价为每份500元人民币，招标文件售后不退。
　　
　　A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non - refundable fee RMB 500.
　　
　　4.1.2、我公司采购文件全部电子文本形式出售；潜在供应商可选择到我公司现场购买、网上或微信方式购买。如需网上或微信购买，请另付50 元人民币信息服务费。银行汇款请按下述户名、开户银行及帐号并在汇款单上注明汇款用途及采购编号、子包号。

　　Important Note: Potential Bidder shall fax the remittance slip to Fax number 0574-87642508 and indicate the full title of the potential Bidder, the Reference No. of the Bidding Document. Otherwise the potential Bidder may not be able to receive the code for downloading the Bidding Document in time.
　　
　　4.2、购买招标文件开始时间：2017年01月6日起，每天（节假日除外）北京时间08：30—11：30、14：00—17：00。
　　
　　The bidder may buy the bidding document form: Between 8:30-11:30 AM and 14: 00-17：00 PM (Beijing Time, except holidays) Jan 6 th 2017.
　　
　　4.3、购买招标文件截止时间：2017年01月16日。

　　Confirmation on attendance of the Bidders’ Day before 16:00 on 18 th Jan 2017 (Complete and return the Appendix H of the Bidding Document, contract Ms. Li from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China).
　　
　　4.6、投标截止时间：所有投标文件应于2017年02月6日12：00（北京时间）之前以2种形式递交：

　　密封的书面投标文件请邮寄到宁波市国际招标有限公司陈若水，迟到的投标文件和未购买招标文件者的投标将被拒绝接收。

　　The delayed Bid and the bidder did not buy the Bidding Documents shall be rejected.
